Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused
In their original condition
Returned with original tags attached
Returned in their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, Alce Win will cover the return shipping cost after the issue has been reviewed and approved.
